When Sarah first asked me if I would be interested in boot camp, I have to admit- I was SCARED out of my mind. At the same time though, I was really ready to take that next step in my path to fitness and health. I have never worked with a trainer, but watching shows about it and knowing friends who had done it really made me know that it would be a way to take my workouts to a new level of effectiveness. So- I signed up! The camaraderie was immediately visible when I walked up to the group! Smiles and encouragement were there, and even when it got rough- and let me tell you- it got ROUGH, there were people there to clap and cheer you along and get you through those last 5 reps! The class members ranged from super-fit to having not worked out in years, so all fitness levels really are welcome. Sarah was very knowledgeable, and a great motivator. I highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to get a great workout in a fun environment. Working out in a group with Sarah as the leader is so much more effective than spending hours in the gym unsure of what to do next. Come on out and join the fun (did I say “fun???” haha!)!"
