During high school and college, I was very active in sports, but after I graduated and started full-time work, making time for fitness wasn’t a priority. After a few years (and quite a few pounds), I decided that I needed to get back in shape. I attempted many times to start a workout routine on my own, but each attempt lasted a couple weeks or less. Needless to say, the effects were minimal.

When I got engaged, I decided I couldn’t waste time anymore. I knew that even with an upcoming wedding and a closet full of clothes too small to fit, I would undoubtedly need help in keeping up with a fitness routine. I’ve been training with Sarah three times a week for about three months now, and I love the changes that I’ve felt in my body. For the first time in years, I actually feel athletic again. I love the workouts, which are catered for me and constantly changing, and I also love the added support and motivation to be more conscientious of my diet and to exercise on my own throughout the week. I’ll definitely be signing up for more sessions after this current package is finished.
