Boot Camp Teaser

Alright everyone! Get excited because March kicks off my next fitness boot camp! What I want you to do is begin clearing your Wednesday and Thursday nights and Saturday mornings, because you are not going to want to miss this. This is a HUGE opportunity for you to take your health to the next level and beyond.

My favorite thing about boot camps is the group environment. It's fun and it's super motivating because you have your teammates rooting for you all the way!

Fitness boot camp will begin March 17th and will last for 6 weeks. All fitness levels are welcome. The days and times are as follows:

Wednesdays and Thurdays at 6PM
Saturdays at 9AM
Independence Park
Cost is only $100!

I lowered the cost $50 so you can invest in some dumbbells to give you even greater results. I'll go into more detail later.

There will be a minimum of 5 participants and a maximum of 20 participants, so reserve your spot now!
