The Functional Movement System (FMS) is a scientifically based training
regimen designed to push you to a higher level of performance. The FMS
screening involves seven, simple movements that expose your physical
limitations and weaknesses. When weaknesses are hidden, it can hinder your
performance in a specific sport or in general life. Once your FMS score is
determined, I provide you with specific exercises designed to alleviate your
