Kelli's Story

My name is Kelli Hill and I can't even begin to tell you how glad I am that I joined Body BaYou Group Training! When I was 8 months pregnant I ran into an old high school friend of mine. That friend was Sarah Miller, owner of Body BaYou. My exact words to her were, "So if I showed you a picture of me in a swimsuit before I got pregnant, can you make me look like that again?" Sarah laughed sweetly and replied, "We sure can try!" I had my daughter shortly after and got caught up in the daily grind of going back to work full time and being a mother. Months went by with no exercise. I was losing some of the baby weight, but not at the pace I would have liked. That was when one day after talking to a fellow participant, I was reminded of my conversation with Sarah and how willing she seemed to help whip me back into shape. I signed up the next day!

As someone who has never continued with any kind of exercise program for much more than a month, I was hesitant to go to Body BaYou Group Training. What if I didn't like it? What if I didn't get the results I was aiming for? Well, I can tell you this. I don't look or feel the same as I did before I had my daughter... I look and feel BETTER! When I go to group training I feel challenged, encouraged, and motivated. Unlike other exercise programs I've participated in, the workouts change often enough to keep it interesting, fun, and engaging. I've been attending Body BaYou Group Training for 6 months now, and I am proud to say that I weigh LESS than my pre- pregnancy weight! I am in the best shape of my life! There is something to be said about the ownership of working to meet a goal and then exceeding it. Words just can't describe what an amazing feeling that is!
